The Rapid Building Blocks for the take of … of The PMB Infrastructure Revolution for Nigeria via effective PPPs continues with dedicated world class PPP training planned for Nigeria via an important collaboration between the ICRC and Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3). High Quality Technical Human Capacity is critical and required to manage the complex and demanding legal, techno financial and long term value for money analysis PPP procurement requires.
The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3) of Washington, D.C. and the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) are pleased to launch the 2017-2018 PPP training program in Abuja, Nigeria. The training is fully aligned with the priorities and needs of our Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) at the National and Sub national Level.
Public-private partnerships (PPP) are being used worldwide as sustainable solutions to the challenge of economic development. As more governments, private enterprises, and financial institutions become involved in structuring or implementing PPP models in a variety of sectors, the need to develop the skills and experience of individuals involved in this process becomes paramount.
The first of these courses is The “PPP Fundamentals: Strategies, Methods and Project Structuring Techniques” course offered over the period October 23 – 27, 2017.
This course has been carefully selected as the first course in the Nigeria Country Training Program to ensure participants receive an overview of the latest information regarding PPPs. This course will be beneficial to any participant taking the course, and will be relevant to high level officials and Heads of PPP Units at Federal and State level Government Agencies, as well as professionals from the private, financial, and non-governmental sectors.
